Refunds & Returns
Our Goal with this website is to offer our customers the best prices while providing outstanding customer service. We understand that there are many places to purchase this delicious coffee, but we are constantly trying to better assist our customers to keep costs as low as possible while making the ordering process as painless as possible.
Return Requirements:
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please take time to package the item well and purchase insurance and/or delivery confirmation. Packages that are not received back or products that come back to us damaged will not be refunded.
- Customer must pay for return shipping.
- Returns are processed within 3 days of receipt and the same payment method that was used to purchase the product will be used to generate the refund.
